Fake Lifestyles You Find In Nigeria

They criticise, laugh, and say negative things about other peoples way of life, but the irony of it all is they are not any better. Below is a list of such typical Nigerian mentally; 1) It's only here in Nigeria you will see someone on foot referring to a person riding a bicycle as poor. 2) It's only here in Nigeria you will see someone who won't go to work, but spend all his time in church fasting and praying, believing God for his double portion. 3) You see a guy in the passenger seat of a friend's flashy car, that's when he greets everyone, even those he normally won't talk to just to attract attention. 4) Most guys don't carry umbrella, they refer to guys who do as 'jew' but when the rain starts, they want to share the umbrella with the 'jew' guy...same as raincoats. 5) A girl claims she ate rice and chic

Image
MEND, the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta, has responded to the conviction in South Africa of Henry Okah, its former leader, declaring that the movement will be the start of the disintegration of Nigeria, and warning of disastrous consequences to befall the federal government and all of its officials since 1999. The statement, dated 23 January, was signed by “Comrade Azizi,” but SaharaReporters has been unable to determine its veracity. “Nigerians as a whole will feel our presence when we finally decide to carry out our targets which will not be restricted to the Niger Delta Region alone,” it warned, stating that as a group, MEND has become more sophisticated than the level of mere IED or car bombs, and reached “capabilities which will take the Nigerian Military another 10 years to catch.” The statement declared: “We are not on the same program with regional agitators in the north or elsewhere, we will not hide our faces, soon and very soon, Nigerians will get

You Killed Mohits – Fan Tells D’Banj

Image
D’Banj let his head lose on twitter when he threw decorum into the waste bin as he used an ‘f’ word on a fan on the social media network. With what was meant to create fun and relax with, D’Banj got what he may not have thought to get when a fan turned an acronym into what would annoy the ‘Kokomaster’. D’Banj posted a picture with the inscription DKM, meaning D Kings Men but a fan turned the acronym into D’Banj Killed Mohits (DKM). Apparently not happy with that ‘joke’, D’Banj responded  “Na wa for u ohh, is this suppose to be funny? Fool.” Fans have already been lambasting D’Banj for losing his head publicly. It is being argued that the singer would have just ignored the fan rather than use an ‘f’ word on him.

SOUTH AFRICA AS FABULOUS HOSTS 2013

Knowing a win would take them through, Morocco twice led – only to exit the finals, as Cape Verde beat Angola 2-1. After Issam El Adoua headed home 10 minutes in, May Mahlangu curled home in fine style after 71 minutes. Mehdi Namli put Morocco in front again but Siyabonga Sangweni broke North African hearts with a late equaliser. FABULOUS HOSTS South Africa’s qualification for the quarter-finals continues the recent run of all Nations Cup hosts to the last eight – with Tunisia’s 1994 side the last host nation to fail to make the knock-out stage. The goal ensured that South Africa, who reached the Nations Cup knock-out stages for the first time since 2002, stay in Durban for Saturday’s quarter-final against the Group B runner-up. It also meant unbeaten Morocco suffered an early exit for the second finals in a row –

Galatasaray bid to sign Didier Drogba from Shanghai Shenhua

Galatasaray have made a formal bid to sign former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba from Chinese side Shanghai Shenhua. The 34-year-old's management company confirmed the bid from the Turkish club, who also recently brought in Wesley Sneijder  from Inter Milan. Drogba is currently on Ivory Coast duty at the African Cup of Nations. His former Chelsea team-mate Nicolas Anelka could also be leaving Shenhua after  having a medical at Juventus. Drogba left Chelsea last summer after eight years with the Premier League club, during which he helped them to  win the Champions League last May. He  joined Shanghai Shenhua  in June and scored eight goals in 11 appearances. Drogba had initially sought to return to Europe with a loan move and Chelsea had been in talks over a deal. However, football world governing body Fifa blocked the move, saying it was against international transfer rules.
